Starling is founded
In 2012, Ann founded Space Concepts Limited while still practicing Interior Design as a freestyler.
Evolution to Starling
In 2015, Space Concepts was rebranded to Starling following a growing portfolio
The Konza CIty Project
For three years, starling was involved in developing building code for Konza cityin collaboration with UoN and State Department for Public Works.
The birth of Saint Boss
Lemington and Price founded Saint Boss in2020
KeRRA Project
In 2021, SaintBoss worked on it’s breakthrough roads project.
Partnering Up
In 2023, Starling and Saint Boss partnerd up in a merger
Daring Abroad
In 2024, Saint Boss set up their US office in Houston Texas to grow the company.
